The Melal Glass Bead factory builds, installs, and starts production lines for glass beads according to different applications, standards, and clients’ needs
This production line consists of three main parts
Crushing Unit
Clean, pure, and colourless glass is first transferred into the crushing units. Depending on the application, this unit can crush glass into 1 to 4-micron dimensions
The Furnace Unit
The glass crushed down into the micron scale are then transferred to glass bead and glass powder furnaces and turned into 1 to 1180-micron glass beads or 1 to 400-micron glass powder
